Notice of the 7 th Social Security and Social Policy Graduate Forum Paper Competition

Introduction: In recent years, China’s social security system improves day by day, and the public have a higher expectation on social security development. In the new stage, it becomes a urgent issue to improve social security system and enhance social security management within current fiscal capacity. In the future, young scholars would play an important role. To promote the development of China’s Social Security, to provide an exchange platform for social security young scholars, based on the 6 times national social security graduate forums, SPEA SUFE plans to hold this forum and welcomes excellent graduates national wide. The Forum, sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Graduate Forum Program of Shanghai Municipal Academic Degree Committee, will invite several experts to make keynote speeches and review graduates’ papers. The Forum will issue certificates and bonus for outstanding papers.

Paper Submit
1The paper submitted should be full text, should be original and not be published or excellent paper published after Jan 1, 2014. Words should be around 10000.
2Paper Format: (1)Title: Center, Three, Black; (2)Author: Center, Four, Song; (3)Author Unit, Postcode: Center, Five, Song; (4) Chinese Abstract and Key words: Chinese, Five, Song, 300-500 words; (5)English Title: Center, Small Two, Times New Roman; (6)Author English Name: Center, Four, Times New Roman; (7)Author Unit English Name and Postcode: Center, Five, Times New Roman; (8)English Abstract and Keywords: Five, Times New Roman; (9)Body, Four, Song, 1.5 times line spacing; (10)Noted source and reference. Noted author detailed contacts and introduction. Detailed contacts include address, postcode, tel, e-mail, and phone. Author introduction should be Chinese, Five, Song, no more than 100 words.

4Submit deadline: Oct. 25, 2017. The Forum Academic Committee would review papers and sent invitation before Nov. 1. Please note the attending author if several authors included.
Transportation and accommodation
The Forum will be held in SUFE. The Forum offers 2 days’ free accommodation and no more than 1500 traffic reimbursement for participants outside Shanghai, and no more than 500 traffic reimbursement for Shanghai participants. For more transportation and accommodation details, please search SPEA website or call us. Participants without invitation should bear the cost themselves.

PS: Rules for Accommodation Reimbursement
To reduce graduates’ attending cost and ensure the forum’s smoothly conduct, we make this rule. Please pay attention.
Standard
For those invited external authors, the forum provides 2 days’ free accommodation, and no more than 1500 round trip transportation fee.
For those invited internal authors, the forum provides no more than 300 transportation fee.
We follow the rule of reimbursement upon receipts.
Target
We sponsor one person per paper, and the sponsored person should be participant and paper presenter.
Requirement
The sponsored person should attend the whole meeting, prepare PPT and sent to the organization committee in time.
Time
The reimbursement should be claimed on the ending day of the forum. Please save the invoice and check the accuracy.
