Graduated from school of economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, then stay as a teaching assistant; went to japan in 1989, pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Graduate School of Economics, Osaka City University since 1993, specializing in theoretical economics of public economics, completed Masters & Ph.D. in Economics. Since 2004 teaching in School of Public Economics and Administration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, acted as director of School of Management and MPA center, From October 2007 to June 2011, selected as department leaders such as Associate Dean of School of Public Economics and Administration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics
